Great to meet you!
I earned my bachelor’s degree from UCLA and my master’s degree in Social Work from CSUN. My professional experience includes working as a school social worker and providing therapy through a mental health agency, where I have supported individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
I have experience helping clients navigate a variety of challenges, and I take a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy. I believe that feeling heard, understood, and respected is an important part of the therapeutic process. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, explore what may be getting in the way of your well-being, and work toward meaningful goals at your own pace.
Whether you are navigating a current challenge, experiencing a life transition, or simply looking for support and a better understanding of yourself, I am here to meet you where you are and support you along the way.
