I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Concordia College in 2005 and went on to complete my Master’s in Social Work (MSW) at Adelphi University in 2007. Over the next decade, I worked in community-based mental health and addiction recovery clinics, as well as in an inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation setting. For the past five years, I have been dedicated to private practice, where I provide psychotherapy to individuals seeking growth, healing, and support.
I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy including cognitive behavioral, person centered and motivational interviewing techniques.
My hope is that every client leaves session feeling truly seen, validated, and supported in recognizing their own value within the therapeutic process. I also strive to ensure that they walk away with practical skills they can apply in their daily lives, along with a deeper understanding of themselves.
