About Me

What is your approach to therapy?

My approach with clients is highly relational. I use an attachment-based lens to guide the therapeutic process, though I incorporate various theories and modalities to customize the journey toward healing for each client. My area of focus with adults is family of origin issues, dissociative disorders, complex trauma, and PTSD.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I help clients “update” or transform their own relationship to their need for connection to themselves and others. Each one of us has a unique life story and inherent gifts that shine when we move toward a life lived with connection, purpose, and intentionality.
