Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Tracy McKenney, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, specializing in addictions and trauma recovery.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My counseling style is unique due to my extensive background in psychology, biology and spirituality. I believe recovery from addiction and mental health concerns is threefold: emotional, physical, and spiritual.

What you can expect from our first session

Expect to be empowered, and develop skills to successfully manage symptoms as they arise. Psychoeducation is important; sometimes not knowing what you are going through can be scary, but when you know what to expect, and are equipped with the right tools, navigating difficult life circumstances becomes second nature.

Tracy's style is

Solution-oriented
Affirming
Holistic
