Tracy Meisinger

I am a Native New Yorker, living in Colorado since the Mets won the World Series. I use my training in conjunction with my life experience in the therapy room, but it's always your therapy room.

My belief is that we all have within ourselves the power to heal. Sometimes we need a little more guidance that a friend or family member can provide. I am honored to join you on the journey back to yourself through systemic, somatic, and traditional therapies.

I am a rule follower and will be doing a traditional and complete intake. This helps me get to know you, and also helps us build a treatment plan together.
