With over a decade in the mental health field, Dr. Tracy has worked with clients during varying chapters of their lives. Dr. Tracy provides counseling in numerous areas. Through premarital and marital counseling, she has helped couples navigate various relationship issues, such as infidelity and financial loss. She has also counseled families experiencing parenting challenges, including child rearing and the process of adoption.

Working with clients affected by addictions, Dr. Tracy has facilitated individual and group substance abuse and mental health services for adolescents and adults. Furthermore, she has counseled male and female victims of sexual assault, human trafficking, and domestic violence. She has also helped these clients during their recovery and restoration. In addition, Dr. Tracy has counseled children and adults experiencing grief due to death and divorce.

My approach to therapy

Dr. Tracy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who provides counseling for individuals, couples, and families. As a therapist, she believes that relationships are the building blocks of life, whether it’s a relationship with a person, place, or thing. With a focus on how relationships impact our daily life, she provides a safe and confidential environment for clients to share and explore current or past concerns.
