Great to meet you!

I work with children ages 6 and up, adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, school issues, emotional regulation, and life transitions.

With over 28 years in education and counseling-related support, I strive to create a compassionate, supportive environment where clients and families feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow. Many of the individuals and families I support feel overwhelmed by emotional stress, family conflict, school-related challenges, or difficult life experiences. My goal is to help clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools that support long-term emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and stage of life. I help clients improve emotional regulation, navigate family and relationship challenges, strengthen coping skills, process trauma and grief, and manage anxiety and depression in healthier ways.

I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel supported, respected, and empowered. Together, we’ll work toward building emotional resilience, stronger communication, healthier relationships, and greater confidence in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a supportive space where we begin getting to know each other and discussing what challenges feel most important right now. We’ll explore your goals, what support would feel most helpful, and how therapy can best support you or your child moving forward.

My goal is for clients and families to leave feeling heard, comfortable, and hopeful about the process ahead.
