A bit about my approach to therapy

I am passionate about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and couple this approach with Interpersonal Processes, Whole Self, and Trauma-focused interventions.


I believe that the mind and body are connected and lean toward a Whole Self approach by incorporating the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. I tend to fold mindfulness, meditation, art, and journaling.
