Great to meet you!

Tracy Taris is a board certified Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. She offers individual mental health counseling. Tracy is not accepting couples or family therapy at this time. Working with Tracy will help you find healing from depression and anxiety. You will renew your relationship with yourself (and by proxy, with others), improve your self-esteem, and create a plan to move forward. You will receive help to succeed in life and tap into the best version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

Typically, I gather information from my client that will help me assess how they got to where they are now. I use Cognitive Behavioral techniques, elements of coaching, as well as Narrative Therapy techniques to help them release pain and create a more productive life for themselves.

What you can expect from me

I teach my clients how to apply what they learn in session to their real life. The majority of healing takes place between therapy sessions. In therapy with me you will receive understanding and insight. Using the tools you learn in your real-life situations speeds up the healing and recovery process. You will take away answers and tools that are applicable to your life.
