Great to meet you!

Maybe you're constantly worrying, your mind won't slow down, you're exhausted but can't sleep, or you're having a harder time focusing than you used to. You may feel overwhelmed, irritable, burned out, emotionally disconnected, or simply think, "I don't feel like myself anymore."

I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner who works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, trauma-related symptoms, mood changes, stress, and major life transitions. I also have a special interest in women's mental health, including the ways stress, sleep, hormonal changes, and physical health can affect emotional well-being.

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard and understood while we work together to understand what's happening and develop a treatment plan that fits your individual needs.

My approach to therapy

I take a whole-person, evidence-based approach to psychiatric care. Rather than looking at symptoms in isolation, I consider how mental health may interact with sleep, stress, physical health, lifestyle, medications, hormonal changes, and life experiences.

We'll work together to understand your symptoms, discuss treatment options, and develop an individualized plan. When medication is appropriate, I believe in thoughtful medication management combined with education and practical strategies that support long-term well-being.

I want you to understand not only what we're treating, but why we're choosing a particular approach. My goal is for you to feel informed, involved, and comfortable asking questions throughout your care.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know your story, your concerns, your goals, and what you hope to gain from treatment. I’ll ask questions about your symptoms, medical and mental health history, lifestyle factors, and current challenges to better understand the full picture.

My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and sharing openly. Together, we'll begin building a personalized treatment plan that feels realistic and supportive of your needs.
