Great to meet you!

I believe mental health care is more than symptom management it's about understanding the full picture of a person's life. As a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I take a compassionate, whole-person approach to care.

I work with clients experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, mood concerns, trauma-related symptoms, and life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, understood, and actively involved in their treatment plan.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines evidence-based psychiatric care with a whole-person perspective. I recognize the connection between mental health, physical health, stress, environment, and life experiences.

I aim to provide thoughtful medication management when needed while also helping clients build sustainable tools for emotional resilience, coping, self-awareness, and long-term wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know your story, your concerns, your goals, and what you hope to gain from treatment. I’ll ask questions about your symptoms, medical and mental health history, lifestyle factors, and current challenges to better understand the full picture.

My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and sharing openly. Together, we'll begin building a personalized treatment plan that feels realistic and supportive of your needs.
