Great to meet you!

For the past 8 years, I’ve worked closely with elderly and disabled individuals, supporting them through life’s emotional and practical challenges. Before becoming a social worker, I worked in banking, but I felt a strong pull toward work that allowed me to truly make a difference in people’s lives. That calling led me to counseling. I bring compassion, patience, and a deep respect for each person’s story into the work we do together.

My approach to therapy

I believe each person has the capacity to grow and create meaningful change. My role is to help you recognize your strengths, build confidence, and develop tools to overcome obstacles. Therapy with me is collaborative and supportive. We’ll work together to uncover what’s holding you back and identify realistic steps forward at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is getting to know you. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, but most importantly, I’ll listen. We’ll talk about what brought you to counseling and what you hope to gain from it. Together, we’ll begin shaping clear, realistic goals that fit your life, values, and needs so you leave feeling heard and supported.
