Great to meet you!

I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy for individuals navigating life’s challenges. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Mississippi and bring meaningful experience from both hospice care and hospital settings, where I have supported individuals and families through illness, grief, life transitions, and complex emotional concerns. I strive to create a safe, supportive space for healing and processing life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is grounded in creating a calm, supportive space where clients feel safe to show up as they are. I believe meaningful healing often requires time, patience, and room to process what may be difficult to put into words. I am comfortable holding space for silence, reflection, and the emotions that arise in the moment, allowing each client to move at a pace that feels respectful and supportive. Together, we will work toward greater insight, healing, and growth in a way that honors your unique story and needs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will take time to get to know one another and talk through what brings you to therapy. Together, we will begin exploring your concerns, your goals, and what support may be most helpful for you. My hope is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can feel heard, begin processing your experiences, and take the first steps toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
