Great to meet you!

I believe that mental health is an important part of overall health and happiness. Each person has the ability to commit to and foster positive change in their lives. I always strive to work with each client as an individual, fostering their strengths and building healthy coping skills, insight, and empowering courage for change. I am passionate about women's health and issues. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International.

I have extensive experience in working with families, children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced various forms of trauma, both acute and chronic, as well as grief and loss, stress and anxiety, as well as other behavioral health issues.

My approach to therapy

I blend humor, respect, and inquisitiveness into our therapeutic relationship to support and sustain the changes you identify as necessary to make your life better. My primary approach is using evidence-based practices such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths-Based interventions, brainspotting, and EMDR.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, collaborative space where we begin exploring what’s brought you in and what you hope might feel different. Together, we’ll gently identify patterns, coping strategies, and goals using evidence-based approaches like CBT and Motivational Interviewing — all at a pace that feels safe and respectful. I strive to create a space where you feel understood, not judged.
