Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Tracy Zuber and I am so glad you have taken a step in making positive change in your life. Reaching out for help can be difficult, but I am committed to making you feel as comfortable as possible as we work together to identify where change is needed and redesign your life in a way that suits you better. I am here to support, guide and empower you along the way.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am skilled in a variety of areas but I especially enjoy working with individuals and couples experiencing relationship issues. Other areas that I especially like working with is individuals with anxiety, depression, stress or life change issues. I work to truly listen to my client's needs and co-create the next steps with them in building a better life for themselves.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients can expect to leave each session feeling that they were heard and having a clear road map to what the next steps are. I provide homework and offer ways to help keep on track so that you can benefit from the sense of accomplishment that comes from knowing you are growing in the right direction.
