Great to meet you!

Hi there, I’m Dr. Tran Le. I’ve spent years helping people in different roles: high school teacher, school counselor, crisis counselor, therapist, and counselor education professor—gaining experience with individuals of all ages. I hold a Ph.D. from Texas Tech University and use my experience to provide guidance, support, and practical strategies to help you cope, grow, and thrive.

My approach to therapy

I take a person-centered approach, which means our work is focused on you and your unique experiences. I create a safe, supportive space where you can explore concerns and grow at a pace that feels right for you. I use Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) to help you better understand your relationships, improve communication, and navigate life changes. I also use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help you build on your strengths, identify what’s already working, and take practical steps toward the goals that matter most to you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take the time to get to know each other. I’ll ask about your background, your current concerns, and what brought you to counseling. We’ll discuss how therapy works, what you can expect from the process, and any questions you have about confidentiality or the counseling relationship. Together, we’ll begin exploring your goals and start identifying practical strategies to help you cope, grow, and move forward.
