I'm a Florida Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who graduated from Capella University in 2020. I enjoy working with the BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Military and First Responder communities. I specialize in relational therapy and parent-child dynamics.
I practice from a systemic approach where I take a look at all the factors that influence behavior and thoughts. I specifically use Relational Interpersonal/Multicultural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy to address your concerns.
