Hi, I’m Travan Bell, a dedicated and compassionate therapist with over five years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. As a Black mental health professional, I understand how culture, identity, and lived experiences shape the way we process pain and healing. I’ve worked across numerous social service settings, helping individuals and families navigate trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My approach blends trauma-informed care, person-centered therapy, and strength-based support, meeting you where you are with empathy and authenticity.
