I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, with additional graduate-level coursework at the Washington University School of Medicine, where my academic focus was health psychology and behavioral medicine. My early work often involved supporting individuals coping with the challenges of acute or chronic illness. I later completed my Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Missouri–St. Louis, with a focus on serving underserved communities. I then pursued post-graduate training in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Cincinnati, where I developed a strong interest in helping individuals manage excessive stress, worry, and anxiety.
Located on Colorado’s Front Range, my practice, Elevation Mental Health Inc., provides secure online video (telehealth) counseling services. Through this platform, I offer supportive and compassionate care using scientifically supported cognitive and behavioral approaches. I believe that many of life’s challenges and stresses also hold opportunities for growth. By developing awareness and practical skills, we can take meaningful steps toward positive change and greater well-being.
