Great to meet you!

I’m Travis, and I’m deeply passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space for individuals to explore their experiences, no matter where they are on their journey. I specialize in helping those facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, and navigating identity, with a particular focus on the LGBTQ+ community, including gay and trans individuals. I also have experience working with older adults and those managing chronic conditions, providing tailored support that honors each person's unique story and needs.

With a non-judgmental, client-centered approach, I aim to foster resilience, self-awareness, and lasting growth in every session. I believe in offering long-term support that meets you where you are and evolves with you as you move forward.

When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me traveling, exploring new places, or immersed in nature. I have a deep love for manatees, mushrooms, and bugs—I volunteer at the University of Texas Entomology Collections, where I contribute to research and indulge my curiosity. My three dachshunds also keep life fun, reminding me to appreciate the little things.

I look forward to working with you and supporting your journey toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

Travis tailors each session to the unique needs of his clients, adjusting his approach to align with their goals and preferences. This personalized method fosters a supportive and flexible environment for meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming space where they are encouraged to simply take a breath and be themselves. My approach is gentle and collaborative — we’ll begin by exploring what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and what safety and support look like for you. I strive to create an environment rooted in compassion, respect, and curiosity, where every part of your identity is honored.

I have experience working with LGBTQ+ and Two-Spirit individuals, and I understand the unique challenges and strengths that can accompany those identities. My goal is to help you feel seen and validated while working together toward greater balance, self-understanding, and emotional freedom. By the end of our first meeting, you’ll have a clearer sense of what our work together might look like and a space that feels genuinely yours — a place with room to breathe.
