Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed and Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), and I know reaching out for help can feel like a big step. I work with teens and adults who are navigating depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, OCD, substance use disorders, trauma, and other challenges that can make life feel overwhelming. My approach is collaborative and supportive — we’ll explore what’s going on together and find treatment options that fit your goals and lifestyle. I offer medication management tailored to your unique needs. I also have experience working with men’s issues, stress management, and LGBTQI+ populations. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered on your path to healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect. I believe each person’s story is unique, and treatment works best when we work together to find what feels right for you. I focus on evidence-based medication management, always tailoring care to your individual needs and goals. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing openly and where your voice is valued in every decision. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered as we work toward improved mental health and overall balance.Fit & Referral Policy:

If at any point either of us feels we are not a good fit for each other, or if I determine you may benefit from a higher level of care or a clinician with a different expertise for a specific concern, I will discuss this with you, and I will be happy to provide appropriate referrals to other providers or programs to support continuity of care.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session with a clear sense of being heard and supported. Together, we’ll identify the root causes of your symptoms, discuss treatment options, and create a plan tailored to your needs. You’ll walk away with practical coping strategies, education about your condition and medications, and a collaborative roadmap for progress. Over time, sessions focus on building resilience, reducing symptoms, and helping you regain balance so you can live with more stability, confidence, and peace of mind.
