Great to meet you!

I’m East Tennessee born and raised and a University of Tennessee grad. I love being in nature and getting out in the Smoky Mountains whenever I get a chance. I began my career working with youth (primarily young men) in foster care and have since ventured into private practice. Recently I became a father and this past year I transitioned to telehealth in order to be home more with my family. I love helping people, believe in meeting my clients where are, and that the best therapist have their own therapist.

My approach to therapy

I like taking a strengths-based approach in assisting and empowering people in exploring unhealthy patterns and identifying solutions.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a comfortable and safe interaction, as well as feeling like you’re not being judged.
