Great to meet you!

Welcome! I have a background in providing therapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families, with experience in trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I take a collaborative approach, helping clients explore patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. Clients describe me as direct yet compassionate. I will challenge you when helpful, always with care. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, validated, and empowered to move forward and make changes.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative relationship and as a process of working alongside clients to understand patterns, identify strengths, and develop new ways forward. I believe meaningful progress comes from a therapeutic relationship where clients feel both supported and appropriately challenged.

Clients often describe my approach as direct yet supportive. I will challenge you when it’s helpful, but always with deep care, respect, and free from judgment.

Together we will identify areas of importance to you; my goal is to make the work meaningful and aligned with what your goals in mind. You are the expert on yourself, I will help steer, and to identify patterns that are no longer working.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about building a foundation of trust and understanding. We will explore what is bringing you to therapy, what in your life is working, what isn't, and start the conversation on what you are hoping to change. My goal is to start identifying some repeating patterns and leave you with some ideas to think about between sessions.
