Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Treana, a board-certified Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive, evidence-based care across the lifespan. I specialize in diagnosing and treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders.

Known for my compassionate, collaborative approach, I’m dedicated to reducing mental health stigma and empowering patients through education and shared decision-making.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and collaboration. I take a holistic, patient-centered view—considering biological, psychological, and social factors—to create personalized treatment plans. Through thorough evaluations, thoughtful medication management, and evidence-based care, I strive to meet each patient’s unique needs. I prioritize a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard, respected, and supported.

What you can expect from me
