Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My ideal clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in painful patterns, disconnected from themselves, or weighed down by past experiences that continue to shape their emotions, relationships, and daily lives. Together, we create space to better understand those experiences and begin building a path toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to each person. I use a person-centered foundation, meaning I prioritize creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. At the same time, I take an eclectic approach depending on your needs and goals. This allows us to not only explore your experiences, but also develop practical tools to help you create meaningful change in your daily life. I believe therapy should be both supportive and goal-oriented. Together, we’ll identify what’s important to you, understand what may be keeping you stuck, and build a path forward that feels realistic and empowering.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation for our work together. I’ll spend time learning about your background, what’s bringing you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to get out of the process. I strive to meet you where you are, both emotionally and mentally. A key focus in our first session is helping you feel safe and supported. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start, we’ll go at your pace. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying initial goals and areas of focus, so you leave with a clearer sense of direction and what working together can look like moving forward.
