Great to meet you!

I'm so glad you're here, and I want you to know — reaching out takes courage. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 8 years of experience in the mental health field, including providing therapy under clinical supervision as an LMSW and now as a recently independently licensed clinician. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Ministerial Theology and a Master of Social Work with an emphasis in Mental Health Practice. My focus areas include trauma, attachment issues, emotional neglect, and how early experiences shape identity, relationships, and emotional patterns. My approach is collaborative and grounded in both evidence-based practice and whole-person care, including the mind-body connection and, when relevant, the role of faith and meaning in healing. If you've been functioning on the outside but still feel stuck or disconnected internally, this is a space to slow down and understand what's really going on.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, root-cause approach because we don’t just address what’s happening on the surface, but explore the deeper experiences driving your patterns and pain. I use evidence-based methods like CBT alongside trauma-informed approaches that honor the connection between mind and body, because real healing involves both. Sessions are structured and purposeful, but also warm and judgment-free. I work at your pace while keeping us focused on meaningful, lasting progress.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you — your story, what’s bringing you in, and what you’re hoping to experience through therapy. I’ll ask questions to understand your background, current challenges, and goals, while making sure you feel comfortable and heard every step of the way. Together we’ll begin mapping out a direction for our work and what progress can look like for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling seen, supported, and clear that this is a space where real change is possible.
