Treena Sather-Head

I have spent over 10 years in the mental health field as a Peer Support Specialist, WISe Family Support Specialist, Inpatient Mental Health Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, and Certified Supervisor. My work experience includes working in two community mental health agencies, in adolescent and adult psychiatric wards at a community hospital, and in private practice. I have an MSW, an MA in Human Services, and a BS in Psychology. Specializations include CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, SFBT, trauma, and grief. Populations served include young adult (18yo) to elderly, and work with individuals, couples, families, and groups.

I utilize an eclectic approach that is person-centered and trauma-informed, tailoring treatment plans to individualized needs that focus on strengths-based empowerment and emotional resiliency.

It is my focus to help clients engage in meaningful ways to be their best selves living their best lives.
