Great to meet you!

I’m a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who takes a warm, solution-focused approach to care. I am passionate about supporting those who are struggling with depression, bipolar disorder, and addiction, including smoking cessation, alcohol use disorder, and opioid use disorder. Many of my clients come to me feeling defeated, embarrassed, or unseen, and my first priority is helping you feel genuinely heard, respected, and valued.

My approach to therapy

One of my strengths is noticing the small details and subtle clues that others may overlook, often uncovering what’s really driving the bigger challenges. I’m deeply passionate about mental health because mental stability is foundational to overall health, just like managing diabetes or heart disease. Mental illness can affect anyone at any time, and kindness and understanding are often the first steps toward healing. I will listen closely to your concerns, explore both mental and physical health factors, and work with you to create a plan that feels realistic and supportive. I value open communication and see care as a partnership, where you feel heard and empowered every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

At your first appointment, we’ll take time to get to know you, your health history, current concerns, and goals. I’ll listen closely and ask questions to understand both your mental and physical health. Together, we’ll create a personalized care plan, which may include therapy, lifestyle support, and/or medication if appropriate. I strive to create a space where you don’t have to explain or justify your struggle — you’re already enough. If you’re looking for a provider who listens closely and is ready to cheer you on, I’d be honored to work with you.
