Great to meet you!

I am a Southern Girl from New Orleans, licensed in Georgia and DC with 28 years of professional social work experience. I am also a US Army Veteran. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, sex and intimacy related issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

What you can expect from our first session

As a therapist I often utilize alternative wellness practices, such as; Somatic Practices. You can expect that I will use more physical approaches to treatment, including relaxation techniques and meditative or breathing exercises, along with traditional talk therapy. These practices may allow you to access more information about the ways you hold on to your experiences in your body.I love connecting with my clients by providing individualized offerings specific to your needs.
