Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of experience helping adults navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship difficulties, or the emotional impact of chronic health conditions, you're not alone. Many of the people I work with are juggling family responsibilities, major life transitions, or painful experiences that have left them feeling disconnected from themselves and others. I provide a supportive space where you can slow down, process what you're going through, and reconnect with your strengths. I work with adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship concerns, PTSD, family issues, women's issues, identity concerns, and chronic illness-related stress. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, supported, and empowered as you move toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths based. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel supported while also gaining practical tools that can be used in everyday life. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Conjoint Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to tailor treatment to each person's unique needs and goals. Together, we'll explore the patterns contributing to anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and relationship challenges while developing healthier coping skills and new ways of responding to life's demands. I strive to balance accountability with empathy and create an environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Whether you're managing chronic illness, navigating family concerns, or working to strengthen a relationship, therapy is designed to support meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, collaborative, and judgment-free space where you feel supported and understood. I view therapy as a partnership, and together we'll identify goals that are meaningful to you and develop practical strategies that support long-term well-being. As we work together, you can expect to gain greater self-awareness, improve your ability to manage stress and difficult emotions, strengthen your relationships, and build confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges. My hope is that therapy helps you reconnect with your strengths, experience greater balance, and move forward with a renewed sense of purpose and hope. You don't have to face life's difficulties alone, and meaningful change is possible.
