Great to meet you!

I work with high-achieving women and motivated teens who are used to performing at a high level-but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally exhausted. Many of my clients are navigating intense academic or professional pressure, perfectionism, and chronic overthinking.

My approach to therapy is thoughtful, collaborative, results-oriented and tailored to your unique experiences. I provide a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and begin to understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with practical, real-world strategies to help clients feel more in control of their thoughts and emotions.

Our work goes beyond just talking through challenges. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening emotional resilience, and developing strategies that create meaningful, lasting change.

I value depth, consistency, and intention in the therapeutic process, and I’m committed to helping you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned in your day-to-day life.

My approach to therapy

I help women—especially those balancing multiple roles and expectations—manage stress, anxiety, and depression throughout different phases of life. From career pressures to relationship challenges to major life transitions, therapy with me is a space to pause, process, and reset.

I take a culturally responsive and strengths-based approach, recognizing the unique experiences that shape each client’s journey. My goal is to help you feel more in control of your emotions, more confident in your decisions, and more connected to yourself.

Clients often choose to work with me because I offer more than just a space to talk-I provide direction, insight, and tools that can be applied in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’re used to holding everything together for everyone else. In our first session, my goal is to create a space where you can finally exhale.

We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you—whether it’s stress, anxiety, depression, or the challenges that come with different life stages and transitions. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences, your background, and what you need support with right now.

You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. This is a space where you can be real, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what you’ve been carrying.

By the end of our session, we’ll start identifying your goals and what meaningful support looks like for you, so you can begin moving toward feeling more balanced, confident, and in control of your life.
