Great to meet you!

Hi, you can call me Trent. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel genuinely understood, respected, and supported without judgment. Before becoming a therapist, I served as a first responder for many years, which gave me firsthand insight into trauma, stress, relationships, and life’s most difficult moments. I enjoy working with men, couples, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is honest, practical, and collaborative, combining evidence based therapy with real world strategies you can use outside of our sessions. I take a goal focused approach and tailor treatment to your unique experiences, strengths, and needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Gottman Method techniques to help you build skills while also addressing the deeper issues that keep you feeling stuck.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a relaxed, judgment free conversation where we talk about what brought you to therapy, your history, and the goals you hope to achieve. Together, we will identify the challenges you are facing, explore your strengths, and begin creating a plan that feels realistic and supportive. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and confident that we have a clear path forward. Schedule a session with me through my calendar when you're ready.
