Trent Gray

I am a father of 5 kids and have been married 25 years. I am an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I am open-minded to other peoples values and beliefs and will never try to impose my belief system onto other clients. I work primarily as an adult and child brief crises and adjustment counselor.

My approach to counseling is that there is some way to cope, manage, and work through problems and challenges that people experience in life. I come from a emotional focus

I come from an emotional focused and solution focused lens. I understand and I am sensitive to the struggles and challenges of the past with unhealthy and abusive relationships. I seek to help my clients learn to regulate their moods and emotions so that they can navigate and learn to accept, adjust or explore new pathways of recovery and fulfillment.
