Great to meet you!

If you're carrying depression that won't lift, working through trauma, navigating mood shifts that disrupt your daily life, or facing the mental fog of cognitive changes, you don't have to figure it out alone. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults who are dealing with these challenges alongside the relationship strain, anxiety, and that heavy feeling of being stuck that so often come with them. Whether it's tension in a friendship, a family rupture, a romantic heartbreak, or just a quiet sense of isolation that's grown over time, I'm here to help you carry it and move through it.

My approach to therapy

My approach starts with being fully present. I listen without interrupting and without judgment, because you need space to be genuinely heard before anything else can shift. From there, I offer honest, constructive feedback that's actually useful, not just validating. I'm also deeply flexible: your cultural background, religious beliefs, and the way you uniquely see the world shape how we work together. I don't approach every person the same way, because no two people are. I'm drawn to questions of meaning and perspective, and I've found that some of the most important work in sessions is helping people reframe how they see themselves and their situation.

What you can expect from me

You'll do most of the talking in our first session. I'll ask questions to understand your story: what's been hard, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping to feel differently about. I won't rush you or steer you somewhere before you're ready. By the end, you'll have a clear picture of what we're working on together, and I'll have a real sense of you as a whole person, not just a list of concerns. If you walk in nervous or unsure what to say, that's completely fine. We'll find our footing together.
