Great to meet you!

I would like clients to know that I am here to support them and be a listening ear. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been practicing therapy for over 10 years, primarily as a school-based therapist working with youth of all ages. I also worked as a Crisis Worker for the Crisis Line and SafeUT app at Huntsman Mental Health Institute, so I am also familiar with working with individuals during their most difficult moments.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy involves warmth and flexibility. No two clients are exactly alike, so it is very important to meet clients where they are. I also approach therapy with an emphasis on solution-focused and strength-based, since the client is the expert in their individual lives. My role is to provide support and understanding for my clients, and to help them make sense of the world based on their own understanding.

What you can expect from me

My goal is when clients leave our sessions, they leave feeling supported, validated, and heard. I want my clients to leave feeling that their time with me was productive and enlightening, and they left feeling better than when they arrived for their session.
