Great to meet you!

Sis, I get it. "Life be lifing", and sometimes you need a space where you don’t have to explain why you're tired, guarded, or feeling everything all at once. I’m not here to fix you, I’m here to walk with you, help you unpack the heavy stuff, and remind you of the strength you already carry. Therapy with me feels like a real convo, with honesty, laughter, maybe a few tears, and definitely no judgment. I hold space for women who carry a lot but rarely feel seen.

Here’s a little bit more about me: I’m a wife and a proud mom in a beautifully blended family of five. When I’m not in therapist mode, you’ll probably find me spending time with my people, trying out a new restaurant (total foodie over here!), binge-watching whatever’s trending on Netflix, or indulging in some well-deserved self-care. I believe in pouring from a full cup, and I’m passionate about helping you do the same.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is real, relaxed, and rooted in connection. I mix somatic practices, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care with real-life conversations because healing doesn’t have to be stiff or clinical to be powerful. I pull from tools like Polyvagal Theory and nervous system regulation techniques, but I always tailor sessions to you. I see you as the expert of your own story. I’m just here to help you process, grow, and reclaim your peace.

I also honor the cultural, spiritual, and generational layers that can come with your story, because we’re not just healing you, we’re healing what came before you, too. Whether we’re setting boundaries, breaking cycles, or learning to rest without guilt, I’m right there with you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave our sessions feeling heard, validated, and more in tune with yourself. Clients often tell me they walk away feeling calmer, more confident, and better equipped to set boundaries without guilt. Together, we’ll work on building your self-worth, trusting your voice, and letting go of the need to carry it all. Sometimes you’ll leave with practical tools, and other times with the peace that comes from just being seen and understood. My goal is for you to feel lighter, more aligned, and empowered to show up as your whole self, unapologetically.
