Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with six years of experience supporting people through life’s challenges. I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and empowering. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build helpful coping tools, and move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion and understanding. I believe people grow best when they feel safe, supported, and not judged. I work collaboratively with clients to explore patterns, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. I also use EMDR to help process difficult experiences and reduce the impact of past trauma.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable and heard. We’ll spend time talking about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to get out of our work together. I may ask questions about your history and current challenges so I can better understand your needs. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and discussing how therapy can support you.
