Great to meet you!

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just unsure where to begin, you’re in just the right place.

Clinically, I’m grounded in evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT + IFS), and I’ll tailor our work to what actually works for you. I’ll always be honest, collaborative, and transparent. You are the expert on your own experience. My role is to walk with you, ask good questions, and help untangle the stuff that feels too big to carry alone.

And last but not least, I’m human too. I value authenticity, and I won’t pretend to have all the answers. However, I will show up consistently with curiosity and care.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine, human connection. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a healthy dose of playfulness into our work. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, tap into your strengths, and build the kind of life and relationships that feel more aligned with who you truly are.

As a therapist, I blend evidence-based approaches with a deeply collaborative style. That means I won’t just nod and listen (though I do that too!). I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer reflections, and gently challenge you when it helps. You don’t have to figure everything out alone—I'm here to walk alongside you.
