As a trauma therapists my goal is to help you find relief & live your everyday life without the emotional burden of your trauma history. Feeling haunted by the past can be draining and take away from the important things in life. You are not what happened to you.In this approach, we work together to help you identify patterns in your early relationships and how they impact your life now. We will gently work with you and what is blocking you by blending talk therapy with body-based therapies, such as trauma resiliency and EMDR to heal the various aspects of your experience.
