Great to meet you!

I value connection and trust. While I aim to provide a safe & encouraging space to share your narrative I also provide feedback & remain engaged in conversation throughout session. I ask that you keep an open mind & give yourself the grace & patience we all deserve throughout this journey.

Taking care of our minds is essential to living healthy, fulfilling lives. Together we can decide what a healthy mind means to you. No man is an island, I am here to help. I look forward to meeting you.

My approach to therapy

I utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Therapy. I apply a personal style with warmth and a bit of humor to connect and build rapport. I aim to help you explore patterns of thinking and behaving that you may want to change and in doing so we can reevaluate what change looks like to you and throw a wrench in those patterns, together.

What you can expect from me

At the end of session you can expect to take with you gained insight about yourself and the world around us. I believe change is best made through increased knowledge and we are ever evolving and learning about ourselves.
