Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a USAF veteran and after closing that chapter in 2021, I wanted to serve others in a more personal way through providing counseling to those struggling. I have current experience in providing treatment for trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship issues, and everyday life issues. I would love to provide a comfortable space for you to work through the life challenges you are facing!

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a holistic point of view. Mental health, physical health, spiritual health, and communication/social support all go hand in hand, and one area affects another. I strive to help people gain tools to help them feel safe and secure within themselves, whether it be through regulating emotions, processing past or present trauma, finding purpose, or working through relationship issues.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be about us getting to know each other (mainly me getting to know you), collecting history (which make me understand who you are and where you come from), discussing the reasons that led you to therapy, and setting goals for our future sessions.
