Great to meet you!

I show up with genuine warmth, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience. I believe therapy is a collaborative space where you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you uncover strengths, identify patterns, and find practical, meaningful steps forward. I value creating a safe, affirming environment where all parts of you are welcome.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and centered on your strengths. I work from a solution-focused, empowering perspective—helping you identify what’s already working, clarifying where you want to go, and supporting you in taking meaningful steps toward lasting change.

I believe healing happens in a safe, affirming relationship, so I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported exactly as you are. I integrate practical tools with warm, non-judgmental guidance, tailoring each session to your individual needs, goals, and expectations.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we move at whatever pace feels right for you. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change or understand, and what support feels most meaningful to you right now.

We’ll spend time clarifying your goals, and talking through what you need to feel safe, understood, and empowered in this work.

By the end of the session, my hope is that you feel heard, supported, and have a sense of direction—knowing that you don’t have to navigate things alone and that we’ll work together to create meaningful change at a pace.
