Great to meet you!

I am licensed in both mental health and substance use treatment in the state of Wisconsin, and have spent over 20 years working with a wide range of people and concerns in many different settings. I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and my goal is to offer a grounded, respectful space where you feel heard, accepted, and supported at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I invite you to lead the way in choosing topics and deciding what and when you are ready to share. I ask thoughtful questions to understand the nuance of what you are facing and to help us determine the most helpful direction to take. My approach is collaborative, flexible, and centered on your needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will cover the legal and practical parts of the assessment along with information that is required for all clients. I will explain each step of the process, answer your questions, and check in often so you feel ready to engage. We will talk about how to make these requirements feel easier and more comfortable, so you can settle in and focus on what you came to therapy for.
