Great to meet you!

As Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Nurse, I believe prioritizing mental health in a holistic perspective is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing for over 20 years, but in the last decade, have shifted my main focus to female clients aged 18-99 who are struggling with life and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserve an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you will have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We will work together to set goals to achieve! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel safe and comfortable sharing , while also feeling inspired. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you. I am looking forward to working with you.
