Great to meet you!

Being present in the our lives changes our perspective and can alleviate our suffering to the degree that we learn to better support ourselves. I am grounded in supporting, educating, and guiding you through life's many challenges.

My approach to therapy

I believe in working with the whole person. We often work together to help dismantle the beliefs, oftentimes systemic ones, that no longer serve you. If you are not feeling your optimal self and are noticing this, then that awareness is the first step to getting you connected to your truth. Our work together will focus on building a safe, trusting relationship where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We will identify patterns that may be holding you back and develop practical strategies for how to make meaningful change. Whether through conversation, mindfulness techniques, or homework - each session is tailored to support your growth.

What you can expect from me

The relationship is everything, so it's important for you to decide that the therapist in front of you hears you, sees you, and that you feel that they genuinely care. That will always be me, but trust takes time and we always take it at your pace.
