Great to meet you!

Sometimes life gets heavy, and we all need someone to help us navigate through life’s challenges. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over five years of experience providing individual and group therapy. I work with youth and young adults who may be experiencing challenges with depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger management, self-esteem, and school-related concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, meaning I believe you are the expert on your own life. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to work through your challenges. Together, we can identify your strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful and positive change.

What you can expect from me

Together, we can identify your strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful and positive change. You don’t have to navigate it all alone. I’m here to support you along the way.
