My approach to therapy

As a former flight attendant, I have an inclusive, global perspective. Diversity is essential. Stress management, self-care, anxiety reduction, and life-skills coaching are my specialties. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am dedicated to tearing down the negative stigma associated with mental health wellness, especially in underserved communities of color.
