Great to meet you!

I've been blessed with the ability to listen well to those in distress. Seeing all sides of a situation, identifying blind spots, and finding solutions using Cognitive Behavioral techniques help couples and individuals improve the quality of their lives. With over 2 decades of experience helping families, couples, and individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, relational issues, and self-sabotaging behaviors, I find the best answers come from within an individual.

A bit about my approach to therapy

A strength-based, mindfulness therapy approach that is person-centered and integrates other psychotherapy and counseling practices to address the individual needs of the client.

What you can expect from our first session

Feeling heard, validated, and motivated to work on an "assignment" during the time before the next session. Many times people return to the second session stating they feel better already. This of course contributes to the motivation to change.
