Great to meet you!

I've been blessed with the ability to listen to clients and be able to understand several sides of an issue. While helping clients identify blind spots, understand their struggles, and find solutions, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral, Exposure Therapy, Mindfulness Practice, and Client-Focused therapies and techniques. With over 24 years of experience, helping individuals improve the quality of their lives is my mission. I bring proven results from science-based knowledge. Whether the struggle is with anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, and/or current behaviors getting in the way of results, you can be assured you are capable of changing. I look forward to working with you!

My approach to therapy

A strength-based, mindful approach that is person-centered and combines research-based psychotherapy and counseling practices to address the individual needs of the client.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard and validated while also gaining tools and confidence to keep making progress in change. Together, we'll explore your thoughts, feelings, and perspectives while practicing skills and building strategies that make change obtainable. Over time, you'll gain more autonomy and motivation to create meaningful change that can last.
