My clinical expertise spans outpatient, inpatient, and residential settings. I specializes in working with adult women experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, bipolar disorder, and trauma. I support adolescent and young adult clients in navigating the complexities of developmental transitions by equipping them with practical tools to understand, manage, and regulate their emotions effectively. I have a strong focus on helping adults navigate family conflict, set healthy boundaries, and improve communication.
