Great to meet you!

I help children and teens build emotional strength, confidence, and practical coping skills they can use in real life. My approach blends evidence‐based tools from CBT and DBT with a supportive, down‐to‐earth style that helps clients feel safe, understood, and capable of change. Whether we’re working through anxiety, emotional overwhelm, school or social struggles, or faith‐related concerns, I focus on helping clients understand their inner world and develop skills that truly work outside the therapy room. My goal is to create a space where teens feel seen, parents feel supported, and growth feels possible.

My approach to therapy

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with training in CBT, DBT, and integrative approaches that support emotional, social and self-esteem development.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, clients can expect a supportive and collaborative space where children and teens feel understood and parents feel included in the process. I help adolescents identify their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and improve communication at home and school. My goal is to create lasting change that families can see and feel.
