Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, including 10 years as a licensed clinician. I work with children, teens, families, and adults facing life transitions, stress, and other challenges. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can heal, grow, and find new ways forward.

My approach to therapy

I know life can feel overwhelming at times—whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating parenting, supporting a teen, going through a career change, or simply feeling stressed. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support, tools, and a safe space where you can be yourself. Together, we’ll work at your pace to find new ways of coping, growing, and moving toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, supportive environment where you’ll feel heard and respected. My approach is collaborative and solution-focused, which means we’ll work together to identify what’s most important to you and find practical steps toward positive change. While I’ll provide tools, strategies, and new perspectives, I also believe in building on your strengths and resilience. My goal is to help you gain clarity, develop coping skills, and feel empowered as you move forward.
